01. User Agreement

User have accepted the terms and conditions as soon as placed order or visited SPIZO FOODS website or current website.

02. Interpretation

If any part of this agreement is found to be unenforceable by law, the remaining terms remain in full effect.

Binded by Gujarat, India Law.

03. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with Indian Contract Act, 1872 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes arising will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Navsari - Surat, Gujarat, India.

04. Contract Formation

By clicking "Continue", you acknowledge that this page constitutes an electronic agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000. You are agreeing to be legally bound by these terms.

05. User Responsibilities

As a user of this platform, you agree to:

• You are 18 years old or older.
• You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement.
• You provide accurate, true, and current information.
• You ensure the products ordered are for personal use (not resale).
• You handle all tax liabilities arising from your usage.
• You do not upload malicious code or content.
• You are not infringing on any intellectual property.

06. Cancellation & Refunds

Returns (Refund): Strictly no returns on food products (hygiene/perishable).
Cancellation (7 days): Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After that, we may initiate preparation and you will not be able to stop the shipment.

07. Order Placement

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your card and dispatch your order to your address.

08. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all over India. Delivery times vary based on pincode. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

09. Quality Assurance

All products are FSSAI certified. We pack with care to maintain freshness. However, once shipped, we are not responsible for damage caused during transit.

10. Disputes & Issues

We will do our best to resolve your grievance professionally.

11. Indemnification

This Agreement is provided in draft form. To the extent permitted by law, we can modify it. We will inform you of significant changes via email or website updates.
